• PET-CT Scan
• Mammography
• Cardiac Tests
• Health Packages

3. Appointments

Booking: Online, phone, or in-person

Cancellation: Cancel 24 hours before to avoid charges

Late Arrival: May require rescheduling

4. Payments

Payment is required before or at service time.

We accept insurance from major providers.

Services once provided are non-refundable.

5. Test Reports

Reports are available as per communicated time.

You can get a second opinion on any report.

6. Patient Responsibilities

• Provide correct medical history
• Follow pre-test instructions
• Inform about allergies
• Bring previous reports
• Carry ID and insurance
